ServiceMaster Restoration Services in Branford, CT, is both a construction company and a disaster restoration company in the business of helping families and businesses quickly recover from devastating losses due to floods, fire, and natural disasters.  Our mission is to make the pain associated with construction and disaster go away, and we do it honestly and fairly.  We’re seeking a like-minded sales representative/business developer with energy and enthusiasm to join our team.  We’re looking for someone with experience, a great personality, and a strong local network. We need someone who will actively seek out and engage prospective customers and will provide those prospects with solutions that will ease their pain. We need someone who can convey the unique qualities of our company in a crowded landscape. We strive to provide the best customer service in the industry while maintaining a great work environment. We want to boost customer acquisition levels, top-line revenue growth, and profitability; and we want to share the rewards of that growth with you.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships ·         
  • Seek out new customers through networking, previous relationships, trade events, cold calling, etc.
  •  Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a reasonable schedule
  •  Coordinate sales effort with team members
  •  Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  •  Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends within the industry
  •  Continuously improve through feedback 

Requirements:
  • A great attitude and a winning smile.
  • A commitment to the best customer service in the industry and an eagerness to help people.
  • Proven work experience as an outside sales representative. 
  • Some insurance industry experience and established relationships within the industry particularly in New Haven County CT would be helpful.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Working knowledge of MS Office or Word Perfect Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with a willingness to master ServiceMaster’s proprietary CRM software
  • Ability to build productive professional business relationship.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time which means excellent organizational skills
  
 Compensation for this position is salary with a generous commission.    We're looking for the person who can unlock the region's potential and make $150,000 or more per year.

 
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
